Our Service
Vernova provides a community-based service for patients with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes. The service aims to work with your GP practice to provide additional specialist support to patients where requested by their GP.
Treatment and care is mainly provided by Diabetes Specialist Nurses, who are supported by doctors with additional training and qualifications in diabetes medicine.

Clinics are offered in a number of sites across Eastern Cheshire – Macclesfield, Congleton, Handforth, Knutsford and Alderley Edge.
We also provide structured education for patients to help give them the knowledge, skills and confidence to live well with their condition.
